Abstract

OBJECTIVE:Understand the ICU patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant cells for clinical use of antibiotics and provide for prevention and treatment of drug-resistant methods.METHOD:Pseudomonas aeruginosa were identified by VITEK-2 system, antimicrobial sensitivity tests were performed by K-B method and metallo-β-lactamases-producing bacteria was screened by the double disk synergy test. The metallo-β-lactamases-encoding genes were amplified by PCR.The PCR products electrophoresis were performed to sure the genotypes. RESULTS:106 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated. The resistant rates of antibiotics ceftazidime, imipenem, piperacillin, aztreonam, cefoperazone, cefepime, levofloxacin respectively were 50.9%,39.6%,79.2%,56.6%,57.5%,41.5% and 25.5%. CONCLUSION:The rnain reason why Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in our hospital shows resistant to carbanpenems and other kinds of antibiotics was AmpC gene.
