Abstract
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the content determination of ginsenoside Rg 1 in Danbie capsules. Methods A Purospher STAR RP-18e column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was adopted with acetonitrile-water gradient elution. The drift-tube temperature of ELSD was 10℃,the flow rate of N2 was 1.9 L/min.Results The linear range was 2-10μg(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 99.5%,RSD was1.63%.Conclusion The method is reliable, reproducible and high precision. It can be used for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Danbie capsules.
