Abstract
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the content determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Danbie capsules.Method:A Hypersil ODS column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was adopted with acetonitrile-4% methanol solution(18∶82)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.5 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 203 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Result:The linear range was 0.99-9.94 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 96.0%,RSD was 2.3%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is reliable, reproducible and high precision. It can be used for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Danbie capsules.
