Abstract

Inhibiting effects of injectio alkaloid of Sophora alopecuraides L.to E.coli,S.typhimurium,P.multocida,S.agalatiae and Sta.aureus were observed by in vitro antibiosis test. The results showed that it had certain inhibiting function on these five bacteria. The anti-inflammafory effect of injectio alkaloid of Sophora alopecuraides L. was studied by the dose of 0.3 mL at different dose(0.5,1.0,1.5 mg/mL) by the model of mice. The results indicated that groups of 1.0 mg/mL dose had significant inhibition to xylene-induced ear edema,catton-pellet granuloma and CMC-induced chemotaxis of leucocyte in mice(P(0.01),)had significant inhibition to the increase of skin capillary permeability induced by xylene in mice(P0.05).The group of 1.5 mg/mL dose had significant inhibition effect in four former tests(P0.01).These results showed that injectio alkaloid of Sophora alopecuraides L.had significant anti-inflammafory effect and was positively interrelated with the dose.
