Abstract
Analysis on physical and chemical properties of soil and water conservation function of 3 different vegetations in Lishui Experiment Forest Center,Zhejiang province demonstrated that soils in broad leaf forest, bamboo forest had more organic matter and nutrients and could be improved.Soil in Pinus massoniana had lower pH and higher available P.Water conservation of ground litter in different vegetations was as follows: broadleaf forest(16.453t/ hm2) bamboo forest(7.142 t/hm2)pine forest(2.656 t/hm2),and that of soil: bamboo forestbroadleaf forestpine forest.
