The rural land property right is the systematic principle defining and protecting peasants′ benefits,legitimate disposal of public and private power is the macro-precondition of achieving social harmony and a harmonious rural land property right is the micro-basis.At present,the incomplete rural land property right has affected domestic social stability negatively.Hence the concrete approaches of achieving rural collective land system ought to be researched in the process of new countryside building,together with obtaining a clarification of the boundary between governmental and rural private land property right,altering the weakness of current rural land property right,rebuilding the system of rural land property right and improving relative institutions for the purpose of facilitating agricultural productivity and the construction of a harmonious society.
