Discussion on the Reform of Rural Land Property Right System

There are many problems in the management of rural land property right under the new economic situation in our country,including the unidentified land owner,the severity invasion of rural land property right and the lacking of reasonable system of land property flowing. And also there is some unreasonable with the household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output. As a result we should do the renovation in the rural system,especially in the rural land property system,and build a land property system that clarified the subject and contents of land property,protected the farmer's land property right,stabilified rural land contracted management rights and remained unchanged for a long time. All of these were the necessary of developing rural economics,as well as the necessary of rural economics development.
