Abstract

Objective:To explore the high-frequency ultrasonic manifestation, and evaluate the diagnostic valueof ultrasound combined full-field digital mammography in the breast ductal carcinoma. Methods: Ultrasonic manifestation of 46 cases of breast ductal carcinoma proved by pathology were analyzed, and compared with the corresponding pathologic results. All of 46 cases were examined by ultrasound and full-field digital mammography. Results: Of 46 cases detected by ultrasound,45 cases were correctly diagnosed, and the accuracy rate was 98 %.The full-field digital mammography accuracy was 100 %.No difference was found between ultrasound and full-field digital mammography in diagnosis of breast ductal carcinoma, which had no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion: Combined diagnosis of ultrasound and full-field digital mammography can increase the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of early breast ductal carcinoma.
