Clinical observation of urokinase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective:To observe the urokinase treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Treatment group 32 cases of acute cerebral infarction and treatment on the basis of urokinase with 150 million U join saline of intravenous drip.The control group 34 cases only use the foundation treatment,including the improvement of microcirculation,calcium antagonists,compared with two groups of curative effects.Results:Treatment group effectiveness 83.78%,was better than control group(50%),there was no significant difference of side effects.Conclusion:Urokinase intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction remarkable curative effect,it is worth popularizing.
