Statistical Analysis on Articles of the Journals of Science of Guangdong Normal Colleges and Universities(2005-2009)

By using the documentary metrology and taking 1913 articles of the journals of science of Guangdong normal colleges and universities during the years 2005-2009 as the objects of study,statistical analysis were made on the collaboration rate and partnership of the authors,the first authors′age structure,the academic title,the education structure and so on.It is indicated that the age structure,the academic title and the education structure of the first authors of the five journals were relatively stable;the collaboration rate and partnership of the papers need to be improved;the main force of the authors group of the four journals,except the Journal of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University which accepts external manuscripts accounting for a large proportion,are the teachers or students of the universities;young and middle-aged authors have become the main force of the five journals.
