Research on the Assessment Index System of New Socialist Countryside Construction in Hubei Province

According to Proposals on the 11th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,based on the policies of the development of production,the life ample,local custom civilization,clean and tidy village,management democracy,a set of assessment index system for the new countryside construction in Hubei Province was established so as to help decision makers understand the new countryside construction actuality of rural areas in Hubei Province objectively,guide the whole process of new countryside construction and evaluate the progress situation of new countryside construction.
