Analysis on the Construction of Socialist New Countryside in 2 Predominant Type Areas of Shaanxi Province

The construction of socialist new countryside has developed more than two years in shaanxi province.Due to the natural environment,economic development and cultural differences,the south and north part display separate multi-elements development momentum in the implementation process.We inspect and investigate the practical situation of new countryside construction,according to the county territory-peasant household criterion.The investigation is carried on the production development,the ample degree of life,the local custom civilization,the village neatness feature,the management democracy and subsidy policy aspects.The paper analyzed the implementation effect of new socialist countryside construction,including the improved ecological environment,the developed agricultural industry and the advanced living standard of farmers.Strengthening industrial development and other 3 suggestions are proposed in view of the present problem and requirement.
