Survey of New Socialist Countryside Construction in the Northern Region of Liaoning Province

By survey of the new countryside construction in the northern region of Liaoning province, new countryside construction basic conditions were discussed from the perspective of rural grassroots organizations. By using descriptive statistics analysis method, the new countryside construction situation was analyzed from the agricultural production, farmers living, rural wind civilization, the village tidy capacity, management of a new democracy and the constraints affecting the new countryside construction in the northern region of Liaoning province were introduced from fund, idea, system, basic condition and so on.
