Abstract

The ATM is a new technique that has greatly developed in recent years. The principle of ATM technique and the way of access are provided, and thus developed a new application, making the urban public ATM to grow into the whole business network characterized with the information exchange and transmission. Based on the practice, the construction and development of one ATM network in one city are presented.and combine the solid example construction and the development conditions that described the network of ATM.
