Abstract
A new method was used to extract DNA of sugar beet dry seeds,and the method was not to use the CTAB,SDS and other conventional reagents.This method only uses NaOH to extracted DNA in 10 minutes,and the Integrity of DNA is very good.It could meet the need of SSR analysis to identify purity and authenticity of beet for the future.
