Maxinshigan decoction for treatment of pneumonia in children Efficacy

Objective The purpose the effect of treatment of children with pneumonia Maxingshigan decoction and compare with conventional drug therapy to explore its effectiveness and safety. Methods Clinical data analyzed with 96 cases of children with pneumonia pediatric clinic of our hospital from May 2013 to March 2014 were treated of. To the principle of the 96 cases were randomly assigned into two groups of children on average, which the children in the control group using conventional methods treatment, patients in the observation group on the basis of the control group on the use of Maxinshigan decoction. After comparing the two groups of children with the treatment of pulmonary murmur disappeared time, cooling time, cough time. Results The Data results show that the overall observation group after treatment in children with effective rate was 95.8%, far higher than 77.1%, the calculated P0.01, statistically significant results. And the observation group therapy in children with pulmonary murmur disappeared after time, cooling time, cough time than the control group.Conclusion In For the treatment of children with pneumonia Maxinshigan soup more effective than traditional methods of treatment, the treatment effectiveness and safety are good for pediatric treatment, worthy of clinical use.
