The curative effect observation of budesonide inhalation in treatment of acute infectious laryngitis

Objective To investigate the treatment with inhaled budesonide in children with acute infectious laryngitis effect.Methods From 2010 January to 2012 year in January from acute infectious laryngitis in 168 cases,divided into the routine treatment group 80 cases,88 cases of budesonide group observes two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The budesonide group total effective rate 97.72%,the conventional treatment group total effective rate was 80%,total effective rate between the two groups have significant difference at(P0.05).Conclusion Budesonide suspension is on the clinical application of inhaled corticosteroids only breed,is highly lipophilic,a direct role in the airway,inhibiting allergic reaction,anti-inflammatory effect is 600 times of hydrocortisone,dexamethasone 20～30 times,beclomethasone dipropionate 2 times.The tiny vasoconstriction,reduced inflammatory exudate,relieve edema,clearance of airway inflammation.Conventional treatment dose does not produce systemic adverse reactions,does not appear in hypercortisolism.In conclusion,budesonide inhalation in treatment of acute infectious laryngitis curative effect,convenient application,is the preferred method of treatment of acute laryngitis.
