The Clinical Observation of Budesonide Treat Acute Laryngitis in Children

Abstract

Objective Observe and analyse of using intravenous dexamethasone and inhaled budesonide on acute laryngitis gaseous therapeutic effect.Methods In our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 December treated 67 cases of infantile acute laryngitis patients for clinical data,divided into treatment group and control group respectively the corresponding treatment.Results The treatment group achieved better effect in 3 days,significantly better than the control group.Conclusion In the treatment of acute laryngitis,budesonide aimed directly at the site of lesion,efficacy can quickly play,has good therapeutic effect on laryngitis.
