Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of high-volume hemofiltration(HVHF)on the cytokines and Logistic organ dysfunction system(LODS)in the patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and to investigate the therapeutic action of HVHF for the patients with MODS.Methods The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and the LODS scores in the patients with MODS undergoing HVHF were measured before HVHF and after HVHF respectively.Result The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and the LODS scores in the patients with MODS before HVHF were higher than those after HVHF(t=12.47,14.85,10.60,13.70,respectively,P0.05).Conclusions HVHF could decrease the levels of inflammatory mediator and the LODS scores in the patients with MODS,and improve the survival rate of MODS patients.
