Abstract

The global trade quota of fabrics' cancellation means the textiles and clothes industry' later-quota era is coming.It renders an unprecedented opportunity for the development of textiles and clothes industry,but does not means that Chinese fabrics will be given a promising future.This article intends to analyze the international environment of China's textiles and clothes industry in later-quota era from these angles: open market with intense competition,the strengthening tendency of trade regionality and institutional trade hindrance,and develops the tactics accordingly.
