Abstract

China's rapid growth on textiles and garments in international market over the past years has triggered off the trade protectionism from E.U. and the U. S. A.. And now China's textile industry is confronting challenges both from external pressure by the importing counries and from the internal demand for reconstructing domestic industry. The paper holds that the current crucial task is for the enterprises to enhance the quality of the exports instead of increasing the quota.
