Abstract

The paper firstly reviews the theories related to strategic control and then defines basic objectives and functions of firm's integrated strategic control system.Secondly,The paper puts forward strategic diagnostic control system based on balanced scorecards aimed at controlling the implementation of strategy and strategic interactive control system based on strategy maps aimed at controlling the content of strategy.Finally,The two types of systems used together comprise the firm's integrated strategic control system.This kind of system is more comprehensive and for rapid strategy implementation.
