Effect of nursing intervention on postoperative pain of general surgery

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative pain general surgery.Methods 180 cases of patients in department of general surgery were selected and divided into two groups,patients in controlgroup were given conventional postoperative nursing,patients in experimental group were given postoperative nursing interventions on the basis of control group,postoperative pain of two groups were compared.Results The pain scores,sleep scores and hospitalization time in 24 and 72 h of two groups were compared,the differences were significant(P0.05),these indexs of experimental group was better than control group.Analgesia use rates in 72 h of two groups were 34.74% and 54.44%,the differences of two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions can effectively reduce postoperative pain in general surgery patients,so as to promote patients' postoperative rehabilitation,while improving overall quality of care in general surgery.
