Abstract

The core of modern enterprise system is the company and enterprise possess property rights of cooperation according to law.In company enterprise,transform the property ownership of investors into two kinds of rights: Share and property rights of corporation,thus forms modern property rights structure of “investors possess enterprise,enterprise possess property”,In company enterprise,only establish the property rights of the corporation aggregate,the property rights can only clear,rights and responsibilities can only clear,the modern enterprise can only establish and develop.
