A Comparative Analysis on Enterprises' Property Rights

Abstract

This article analyzes property rights arrangements under different enterprise systems. It points out that the form of corporation is a scientific property rights arrangement which enables the enterprise to obtain property rights and to become the real entity of enterprise's property rights. Meanwhile, this article analyzes the deviation between property rights theory and practical operation when undergoing SOEs corporation transformation process and gives out some adjustment suggestions.
