On the Trends of Combination of Ownership Rights andControl Rights in Modern Enterprise

Abstract

Due to the change of economic environment at the end of 20~(th) century, the competitive enterprise (with the characteristics of separation of ownership rights and control rights) has been losing its adaptation. As a result of this, the two rights are combined in the enterprise system in recent years. This paper points the modern enterprise system, which characterized by effective combination of two rights, is different from neither the competitive enterprise (characterized by separation of two rights), nor the classical enterprise (nature combination of two rights).
