Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Trichostation A(TSA) on reversing cisplatin(DDP) resistant in human lung cancer A549 /DDP cells.Methods The proliferation of human lung cancer A549 / DDP cells was examined by MTT.The cell apoptosis and cell cycle were analyzed by flow cytometry.Results The proliferation of cisplatin-resistant A549 /DDP cells was inhibited by TSA,and the IC50 value was 193 nmol /L.The nontoxic lower dose of TSA was found to resensitize A549 /DDP cells to cisplatin.Cell cycle was arrested in G2 /M phase when treated with TSA and cisplatin.Conclusion TSA may inhibit the proliferation of A549 /DDP cells and resensitize A549 /DDP cells,which are related to cell cycle arrest.
