Abstract

Performance management is to manage all elements in performance,it is based on enterprise's strategy.Started from the implementation of whole staff performance management in Shaanxi Electric Power Company,through the analysis of content,process, key step and safeguard measure in performance management,the thought of performance management is cleared,and can be used as reference for the implementation of performance management.
