Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between expression of VEGF and pathological factors. Methods:The expression of VEGF were detected in 47 lung cancer lesions,10 cases normal lung tissues by immunohistochemical staining(SP).Results:VEGF expressions were significantly higher in lung cancer than those in normal tissues(P0.01).The expression of VEGF in lung cancer was closely related to differentiation grade(P0.05),lymph node metastasis and P TNM stages, but not related to sex, age, tumor size and histological types(P0.05).Conclusion:VEGF expressions in lung cancer is helpful to evaluate the biological behavior of lung cancer, and served as a valuable factor for estimating patients prognosis.
