Abstract
Objective Minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage clinical application value. Methods 80 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group, the control group with conservative treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma, comparison of two clinical curative effect. Results The observation group with an efficiency of 92.50%,the effective rate of control group 62.50%,two groups had significant difference(P 0.01);treatment for 1 weeks and1 months later, the observation group of neural function defect score lower than those in the control group, two groups had significant difference(P 0.01).Conclusion Minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma in the rapid clearance of hematoma, reduce the complications, improve the prognosis of the patients, worthy of clinical application.
