Abstract
Objective: To determine the content of atropine sulfate in Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops by HPLC. Methods: SPHERIGEL C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used as column with the detective wavelength of 217 nm,the mobile phase was methanol-0.5%KH2PO4 (35∶65) ,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results: Caliation curve was linear over the rang of 40.0~160.0 μg/ml ,the regression quation was H=0.916 4C-4.840 (r=0.999 9), for potency assay the mean recovery was 100.3%,RSD was 0.93%. Conclusion: The proposed method is simple, selective and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops.
