Abstract
Teachers' specialization is becoming an international tendency in education reform.To bring teachers' specialization in our country to a higher level,we should actively and rationally push for new teacher training methods and course reform,and must start building a new course paradigm based on course structure method and content,in order to train high quality teachers.
