Abstract
Objective To compare 10 days sequential(including rabeprazole、amoxilli、clafithromyein and tinidazole) and 7 days traditional(including rabeprazole amoxillin and clarithromycin)therapy for eradieation of helicobacter pylori. Methods 82 patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients were treated with rabeprazole, amoxillin at first five days;rabeprazole, clarithromycin and tinidazole at the second five daysThe control group(42 patients)were treated with rabeprazole, amoxillin and clarithromycin for seven days. Results The eradication rate of ten days sequential therapy was 95.00%and that of control group was 78.57%.The differences between two groups were significant(P0.05).Conclusion Ten days sequential therapy is more effective,well-tolerated and with higher rate of eradication.
