The expression and clinical significance of Pregnanly Associated Plasma Protein-A (PAPP-A) High-sensitnity C-Reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the serum of patient with unstable Angina

Abstract

Objective To explore the expression of PAPP-A? hs-CRP in the serum of the patients with anstable Angina. Methods Divide three groups: UAP group (n=30) SAP group (n=28) Normal healthy group (n=20). All the patients were analysed for PAPP-A and hs-CRP with enzyme-linkedimm unosorbent (ELISA) and untrasensitive immunoassy respectively. Results The plasma PAPP-A, hs-CRP levels in the patients with UAP in creased significantly higher, compare with those in SAP and Normal health group (P0.01). Conclusions the level of PAPP- A? hs-CRP are positive correlation with UAP, and can be a nearly sensitive for the patients with UAP.
