Combined diagnosis value of serumLp(a) and hs-CRP in angina pectoris patients

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the combined diagnosis value of serum Lp(a) and hs-CRP in angina pectoris(AP) patients.Methods:The serum were collected from 35 normal people and 78 AP patients,including 40SAP and 38 UAP.Then the levels of serum Lp(a) and hs-CRP were detected and analyzed by latex agglutination test and immunoturbidimeter.Results:Serum Lp(a) and hs-CRP levels were obviously higher in AP patients than those of control group(P 0.01),which were also higher in UAP patients than those of SAP group(P 0.05).Combination of Lp(a) and hs-CRP had a higher diagnosis accuracy than single in AP patient(P 0.05).Conclusion:Serum Lp(a) and hs-CRP were risk factors for AP genesis,and the two-marker combination has important significance in AP diagnosis.
