Abstract

With the WTO membership, the problem of investment abroad should in no way be ignored by Chinese government. The paper discussed the strategies for the development of China's investment abroad and pointed out the necessary conditions for China to pursue capital output based on analysis of its necessity and the optimal policy environment avaliable after China's entry into WTO.
