Abstract

For the fulfillment of the rules and duties after China's entry into WTO, China has to adjust its foreign trade policy and this adjustment would affect its policy of using foreign direct investment. This paper probes into the countermeasures for China's use of foreign direct investment in terms of the mode, policy, industrial structure and regional structure.
