Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary complicated with type Ⅱrespiratory failure. Methods 80 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary complicated with type Ⅱrespiratory failure were selected, and divided into observation group and control group. The routine treatment was use to two groups, persistent low flow oxygen inspiration was given to control group.noninvasive positive pressure ventilation was used to observation group.blood gas analysis was detected before and after treatment. Results The value of pH in observation group after treatment compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference(P0.05);PaO2 in observation group after treatment is higher than that in control group, there was statistical difference(P0.05);PaCO2 in observation group after treatment is lower than that in control group, there was statistical difference(P0.05);the heart rate and respiratory rate in observation group after treatment is lower than that in control group, there was statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusions Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic obstructive pulmonary complicated with type Ⅱrespiratory failure, and improve blood gas indexes, the clinical efficacy is significant..
