Abstract

The features of application-oriented talent cultivation mode (AOTCM) are summarized. The problems of AOTCM are analyzed. The imminency of innovating AOTCM is put forward. Innovation cultivation mode of logistics management talents for application-oriented institute is constructed based on cultivation goal, course system, teaching ways, experimentation, teachers, and teaching material.
