Abstract

As the rapid development of the logistics industry,it needs many talents,particularly the applied logistics talents.The application-oriented college which services for regional economic and social development,how to cultivate applied logistics talents,the study of talent cultivation is the key.This paper starts from the object location to talent cultivation of logistics management,analyses the ways to talent cultivation,and discusses the implementation of quality assurance measures.
