Abstract
AIM: The identification and assay were added to the quality standard of Tangniaoling Tablet (Radix Trichosanthis,Radix Puerariae Lobatae,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,etc.) so that the quality control can be perfected. METHODS: TLC was used to identify Radix Glycyrrhizae and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,and Alltima C 18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of water-acetonitrile (9∶1) was used for the determination of puerarin. RESULTS: The TLC for identification was special and the linear range of puerarin was 0.206- 1.030 μg and recovery rate was 98.84%.RSD 1.21%,respectively. CONCLUSION: This method can be used to control the quality of Tangniaoling Tablet better.
