Abstract

Objective To explore the association of the levels of fibrinogen,vWF and D-dimer with lung cancer and the state of disease.Methods The levels of plasma fibrinogen,vWF:Ag and D-dimer were determinated in 41 patients with lung cancer.And the association of lung cancer with the three markers were analyzed according to the status of FIB levels and metastasis.Results The three markers in the patients with lung cancer were much higher than those in controls and in other patients with pulmonary diseases.vWF:Ag and D-dimer increased more significantly in the patients with high fibrinogen levels and metastasis than in the patients with normal fibrinogen levels and metastasisless.Though the levels of fibrinogen,vWF:Ag and D-dimer decreased significantly in the four status after therapy with chemicals,the three indicators were still higher in the patients with high fibrinogen levels and metastasis than those in controls.And there was significant correlation among fibrinogen,vWF:Ag and D-dimer,respectively.Conclusion It is useful for FIB,vWF and D-Dimer to evaluate the state of procoagulation and fibrolysis in the patients with lung cancer.
