Abstract
Objective To investigate the content change and its significance of D-dimer and fibrinogen in the treatment of lung cancer patients.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer were selected as the lung cancer group and 46 healthy people were taken as the controls.The plasma levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer were detected and compared between the two groups.Results.The levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen were significantly higher in the lung cancer group than in the control group(P0.05).There was no obvious relationship of the levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen to histological classification and P-TNM stages.The levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer both decreased in the complete remission group and the relapse group(P0.05).Conclusion The detection of D-dimer and fibrinogen levels in patients with lung cancer can be used to judge the body coagulation and fibrinolysis.Besides,it can predict the risk of thrombosis level and estimated disease development.
