Influence of Shenfu injection on foot nailfold microcirculation and coagulation indexes of patients undergoing hip replacement

Objective:To analyze the influence of Shenfu injection on foot nailfold microcirculation and coagulation indexes of patients with hip replacement.Methods:A total of 76patients underwent hip replacement in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(conventional intervention group)and study group(Shenfu injection group)with 38cases in each group.Then the foot nailfold microcirculation and coagulation indexes of two groups before undergoing the operation and 0.5h,1day and 3days after undergoing the operation were analyzed and compared.Results:The foot nailfold microcirculation integral of observation group 0.5h,1day and 3days after undergoing the operation were all lower than those of control group,platelet activation indexes were all lower than those of control group too,and the coagulation system indexes were better than those of control group.(Pall0.05).Conclusion:Shenfu injection has great influence on the foot nailfold microcirculation and coagulation indexes in patients undergoing hip replacement,and it is helpful for the improvement of microcirculation and prevention of thrombus.
