Protective Effect of Shenfu Injection on Hemodynamics in Geriatric Patient Undergoing Hip Joint Replacement

Abstract

Objective:To observe protective effect of Shenfu Injection on hemodynamics in geriatric patient undergoing hip joint replacement.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into SF group and control group The SF group was treated with 1ml/kg Shenfu Injection by intravenous,infusion right after anesthesia,and the control group was infused with 1ml/kg saline.The following indices were observed:hemodynamic changes during surgery,using of vaso-active drugs intra and postoperatively.Results:MAP,HR were higher,and dosages of vaso-active drugs were significantly lowers in SF group than those in control group intra and postoperatively.Conclusion:Shenfu Injection has significantly protective effect on stability of hemodynamics in geriatric patients undergoing hip joint replacement.
