Studying on Zoning of Rural Residential Land Consolidation——As an Example to Jiyang County

Taking Jiyang County as an example and the township as a unit,this paper analyzed the consolidation potential and feasibility in rural residential land.It divides the rural residential land into four types based on the coefficient of increase in cultivated land,comprehensive feasibility and location factors:prior consolidation area, ecological consolidation area,adjustment layout area and moderate consolidation area.The method employed in this paper will provide reference for land consolidation in rural areas and overall land use planning.
