On China's Diplomatic Strategies of Constructing Its Soft Power

Today,soft power is an important part of a state's synthetic power.It is of big significance to increase soft power for China,a country that is developing peacefully and has proposed to construct harmonious world.In order to develop its soft power,China should,on the basis of its economic growth and cultural development,work out and implement a set of mature and systematic diplomatic strategies,such as to pay attention to cultural diplomacy and reinforce cultural propagation,insist on peaceful diplomacy,develop multilateral diplomacy and intensify international cooperation,perform a power's duties,develop the harmonious diplomacy and construct the harmonious world,and so on.
