Constructing China's Public Diplomacy System in the Strategic Perspective of Soft Power

As a new form of diplomacy,public diplomacy plays a more and more active and significant role in the international arena recent years,which reflects one country's soft power to some extent.China owns enormous resources of soft power,while the capacity of her public diplomacy has yet left much to be desired.From the strategic perspective of soft power,deeply exploring China's soft power resources and jointly constructing a relatively comprehensive system of China's public diplomacy must be the first priority.
