Abstract
The school of Qin Dynasty as a political and academic alliance with Confucian,Taoism and Eclectics has been existed in Warring State,which against reform of Legalist School and been in as an underground school.The school of Qin Dynasty along with legalist corecion policy in Qin State did its best to make conflict between villainage and landlord,have sympathy for those villainages who plead for people.One of important magnum opuses was the Rites of Zhou,which not only used conflict between villainage and landlord but also emphasized to develop market economy,which was a breakthrough in Confucian about scorn trade and commerce.
