The splendor of the ideas and culture before the Qin Dynasty represented an ideal and origin.The saturation of the social and political life in the Han dynasties represented the actual development process of ideals and origin.The splendor of the ideas and culture was only able to attain its perfection through the development of social and political life of the Qin and Han dynasties.In the meantime,the nine years between the end of the Qin Dynasty and the establishment of the Han Dynasty may be regarded as a short recurrence of the open environment of the Spring Autumn and Warring States Period,which helped to produce a new political situation ofthe gen- eral and prime minister out of ordinary people,and also stirred a small-scale boom of humanistic spirit between the Qin Dynasty and the Han Dynasty.The culture and ideas in the transitional period between the end of Qin Dy- nasty and the establishment of the Han Dynasty werethe extremely early stateof the history of thought during the Han dynasties,which played a very important linking role between the time before the Qin Dynasty and the Hart dynasties.
